The Lott Carey Baptist in India Celebrates Christmas with the Trustees ,Staff and Students of the ANKUR ANAWA Project and Jagriti School

The dignitaries of the Lott Carey Baptist Mission ,Mr Thomas T Roy Superintendent and Secretary/Treasurer Lott Carey Baptist in India ,Mrs Mary George President Lott Carey Baptist in India,Mrs DA Tressler Vice President ,Chairperson and Director Somerville Schools Lott Carey Mission in India ,Mr Abraham Matthew Manager Somerville Schools Lott Carey Baptist in India

The Trustees of the  ANKUR/ANAWA Trust Mrs Jasmine Johnson,Mrs  Kamna Cowasji  , Mrs Nutan Kalra ,Mrs Neena Jaggi  and Mrs Kiran Chowdhury were present .

Three hundred students from Classes UKG to Class VIII and 21 students of the Jagriti Project were present to celebrate the Christmas festivities  and were presented Christmas gifts and goodies.

The students of Somerville School NOIDA presented an ensemble of Indian Music Dance with a  vocal Hindi duet  song,a solo Western Music song accompanied by a choreographed western  dance ,a  Hindi Group Motivational song .The Western Music Choir  ushered the spirit of Christmas with an evocative and melodious medley of Christmas Carols.

Mr Thomas T. Roy ,Superintendent and Secretary /Treasurer of the Lott Carey Baptist Mission lauded the selfless service of the ANAWA Trust for imparting education to the students of the underprivileged section of society and for enabling them to be uplifted from generational poverty.

Mrs Jasmine Johnson Trustee of the ANKUR/ANAWA project expressed her gratitude to the Lott Carey Baptist Mission in Indian for providing invaluable infrastructural facilities and aid and assistance to the Trust and for empowering them  to transform the lives of the children from the marginalised sections of society.

The classes for the students of ANKUR ANAWA are conducted every day in the Classrooms of Somerville School NOIDA.The school buses of Somerville School are provided to pick up and drop these children.Mrs Jasmine Johnson thanked the Principal of Somerville School  NOIDA,Mrs M.N Arul Raj for her unstinted support and tireless efforts to execute the aid and assistance .

The eminent  members of the Lott Carey Baptist Mission presented Christmas gifts and a sumptuous Christmas treat to all the students and teachers of the Ankur ANAWA project.
