off the rolls.
- All students are to be present on the last working day of the school before commencement of the
Summer Vacation and on the first day when the school re-opens after the Summer Vacation. If a student
is absent on any of these days, a suitable penalty will be imposed at the discretion of the Principal /

avoid giving too many sweets and unhealthy snacks to the child. A clean table mat and napkin must be

- CELEBRATION OF BIRTHDAYS : Birthday parties are not given on the school premises. This creates
differences among the children. One small toffee per child is all that may be distributed in class.
- CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER : It is extremely important for parents to intimate the
school if there is any change of address and telephone number. The school must be able to contact the

- MEETING WITH TEACHERS: If, for any reason, you wish to meet the Principal / Headmistress / Class
Teacher or Subject Teachers you are welcome to do so. However, appointments must be made prior to all
such meetings. Parents are not permitted to go to the classes or roam around in the building as this
disturbs the students. The meeting with the concerned person will be at a specified place.
- PARENT TEACHER MEETINGS : These meetings are held as per dates specified. Parents must make it a
point to attend all such meetings personally. Tutors are not to be sent to the school for such meetings.
Progress Report Cards are to be collected at the end of each term.
- ILLNESS AND ISOLATION : It is a matter of deep concern that parents send children suffering from
infectious ailments to attend classes. Such conduct could result in an epidemic outbreak in the entire
school. At the first sign of rash / fever, the child should be medically examined and sent to school only on
the advice of a doctor. After recovery from an infectious ailment, a child should remain at home for a
period of quarantine as advised by a doctor. On return to school, a medical fitness certificate, duly signed
by a doctor, should be submitted to the office.
Quarantine period recommended for :
- Chicken pox - 3 weeks
- Measles - 2 weeks
- Mumps - 2 weeks
- Conjunctivitis - 1 week
- If children come to school with infectious ailments, they will be sent home and the taxi fare will be
charged to the parent/guardian.
WITHDRAWAL FROM SCHOOL:
- In case parents wish to withdraw their child from the school, a Transfer Certificate is to be applied for.
One clear calendar month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice is essential.
- The application for the Transfer Certificate should be signed by the father / mother / legal guardian who
had signed the Admission Form at the time of admission of the concerned student.
- All dues must be cleared before a transfer certificate is issued.
- No transfer certificate will be issued where a student is withdrawn without prior notice.
- Quarterly fee payment once made, will not be refunded.
