Growing up brings a wave of physical, emotional, and psychological transformations. To guide young minds through these pivotal years with clarity and confidence, Somerville School NOIDA organised an insightful two-day workshop on Puberty, Menstruation, and Navigating Adolescent Changes for the girls of Classes VII to XII on July 20 and 21, 2026.
The sessions were conducted by distinguished resource persons, Ms. Pavithra and Ms. Manjari, from Brand Side Story, who created a warm, open, and supportive environment where students felt comfortable speaking freely about topics that are often shrouded in hesitation.
The response from students across all grades was overwhelmingly positive. The workshop succeeded in transforming anxiety and curiosity into self-awareness and self-assurance. Students walked away feeling empowered, enlightened, and better equipped to navigate their teenage years with pride and resilience.
